Brisbane, the capital of the state of Queensland, one of the fastest growing cities in Australia, is popular especially because of the warm subtropical weather. Brisbane has an average of 283 days of sunshine in the year and it's in close distance to the popular surfers beaches of Gold Coast and Sunshine Coast. It is also home to many international companies and therefore it is considered being an innovative hub in technology, science and agriculture.
